Join Presential
We’re building the trust layer for enterprise AI. We need people who want to build it with us.
Presential is defining how the world’s largest organisations use AI safely. We’re not building another compliance tool. We’re building infrastructure that makes AI trustworthy at scale — the kind of foundational layer that enterprises will rely on for decades.
We’re pre-seed, backed by serious conviction, and moving fast. Our founding team is small, technical, and ambitious. We don’t believe in rigid hierarchies or narrow job descriptions. We believe in assembling exceptional people around a shared mission and giving them the space to do their best work.
If you’re looking for a title on a lanyard and a seat in a pod, this isn’t the place. If you want to shape a category, own real problems, and build something that matters, read on.
How we hire
We don’t start with a checklist of requirements. We start with our mission and work backwards to the capabilities we need. Every person who joins Presential will have a direct line between their work and our impact. We look for alignment between what you’re exceptional at and what we need to achieve, then we build the role around that intersection.
What matters to us: clarity of thought, pace of execution, comfort with ambiguity, and genuine conviction that AI governance is one of the most important problems of the next decade.
Engineering
Founding TeamWe're building privacy and trust infrastructure that sits at the heart of enterprise AI deployments. The engineering challenges are deep: natural language processing, data classification, secure computation, and systems that need to operate at scale inside heavily regulated environments.
We're looking for engineers who are energised by hard problems at the intersection of AI, security, and data infrastructure. You might come from a background in NLP, applied ML, distributed systems, or security engineering. What matters most is that you can reason about complex systems, write production-quality code, and thrive in a team where you'll influence architecture, product direction, and technical strategy from day one.
You'll work directly with the CTO and founding engineering team. You'll own significant parts of the stack. The problems are genuinely novel, and the surface area for impact is enormous.
Product
Founding TeamEnterprise AI adoption is being held back by a trust gap. Regulated industries want to use large language models but can't risk exposing sensitive data. We're building the product that closes that gap, and we need someone who can translate deep technical capability into something that enterprises actually buy, deploy, and rely on.
We're looking for someone who understands both the technology and the buyer. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, design, and commercial strategy, shaping what we build and how we take it to market. Experience in enterprise software, data infrastructure, or AI tooling is valuable. So is experience in regulated sectors like financial services, healthcare, or government.
You'll define the product roadmap alongside the CEO and CTO. You'll talk to customers, run discovery, shape positioning, and make hard prioritisation calls. If you've spent time at a high-growth startup and know what good looks like at this stage, even better.
Founder's Associate
Founding TeamThis is the role for someone who wants to be at the centre of everything. Presential is at the stage where the gap between strategy and execution is measured in hours, not quarters. We need someone who can operate across fundraising, partnerships, operations, and go-to-market with equal confidence.
You might be two to four years into your career, coming from venture capital, management consulting, a high-growth startup, or investment banking. What matters is that you're fast, precise, and comfortable owning problems end to end. You'll draft investor materials one morning and run a customer discovery call that afternoon. You'll build financial models, coordinate product launches, and handle things that don't have a name yet.
This is a genuine founding team role, not an internship with a fancy title. You'll report directly to the CEO and have visibility across every part of the business. For the right person, this is the fastest path to a leadership position in a category-defining company.
Growth
Founding TeamAI governance is a new category. The companies that will lead it are the ones that define how the market thinks about the problem. We need someone who can build that narrative and turn it into pipeline.
We're looking for someone who can own Presential's growth engine from the ground up: content strategy, demand generation, community building, partnerships, and brand. You'll translate deep technical differentiation into messaging that resonates with CISOs, CDOs, and enterprise buyers. You'll build the systems and channels that turn awareness into revenue.
This isn't a traditional marketing hire. We need someone who is comfortable operating across the full funnel, from thought leadership and events to outbound strategy and partner marketing. Experience in B2B enterprise, particularly in infrastructure, security, or data, is a strong fit. So is a track record of building something from zero.
You'll work directly with the CEO and founding team to define how Presential shows up in the market. If you're the kind of person who sees a blank canvas and gets excited rather than anxious, we'd like to talk.
How to apply
Send a note to careers@presential.ai telling us who you are, what you’re great at, and why Presential. We don’t need a cover letter. We don’t need a CV formatted in a particular way. We want to hear how you think and what you care about.
If you’re not sure which role fits, reach out anyway. We’re building a founding team, not filling slots.
