These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Presential AI website at presential.ai (the “Site”), including the interactive demo and developer resources. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Site is operated by Presential AI Ltd (“Presential”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use the interactive demo to process real personal data belonging to third parties without their consent
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Site

3. Interactive Demo

The interactive demo is provided for evaluation purposes only. It demonstrates the capabilities of Presential RSP using sample or user-submitted text.

  • Demo access may be gated via email registration or access code
  • Text submitted to the demo is processed in real time and is not stored after the session
  • The demo is not intended for production use and may be subject to rate limits
  • We reserve the right to revoke demo access at any time

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, code examples, benchmark data, and documentation — is the property of Presential AI Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Benchmark Data

Benchmark results published on the Site are based on controlled evaluations using standardised test cases. Results may vary depending on document type, model version, and configuration. Benchmark data is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of performance.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presential AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided on it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
